After making changes to your products or pricing in Kounta you will need to syncronise your menu from Kounta to reflect those changes in your online menu.
- Login to the mypreorder Merchant Portal back office
- On the Dashboard, click on the POS Integration tile
- Next click on the button labelled "Sync with Kounta Now" (note that this process can take several minutes if you have many products in Kounta)
- Wait until the process is completed and then your online menu will be up-to-date.
