mypreorder can send mobile push notifications to your customers, or segments of your customers at any time.
Some example usages:
- Sending promotional messages, including specials and promo codes
- Customer re-engagement, contact customers that have not order for a while
- New product announcements
- Trading hours changes, e.g. over Christmas and New Year
To send a new push notification:
- Log in to the mypreorder Merchant Portal back office
- Go to Push Notifications
- Choose New Message
- Choose your customer segment
- Type your message
- Click Send Now
