mypreorder can send mobile push notifications to your customers, or segments of your customers at any time.

Some example usages:

  • Sending promotional messages, including specials and promo codes
  • Customer re-engagement, contact customers that have not order for a while
  • New product announcements
  • Trading hours changes, e.g. over Christmas and New Year

To send a new push notification:

  1. Log in to the mypreorder Merchant Portal back office
  2. Go to Push Notifications
  3. Choose New Message
  4. Choose your customer segment
  5. Type your message
  6. Click Send Now
