Once you're all set up you should place one or more test orders to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and you are familiar with the ordering process.
To place a test order:
- Login to the mypreorder Merchant Portal back office
- On the Dashboard, click on the POS Integration tile
- Next click on the button labelled "Place a Test Order..." to launch your menu
- Now choose items from your menu and proceed to the Checkout to place your test order (you will not be required to pay)
- View your order in Kounta. If you accept the order in Kounta then you will need to void it later. If you reject the order then there is nothing further to do.
